When CPSL was founded by Helga Pawlowsky in Barcelona in 1963, its main objective was to provide quality translations to Spanish companies that were finding an increasing need to communicate with the rest of the world. The pioneering spirit of our founder lived on throughout the following years, helping us to become what we are today: an internationally-positioned, well-recognized company offering integrated language and technical documentation services that cater for the entire lifecycle of your multilingual content.

2005

MeetingPoint, CPSL’s project information tool, is launched

With our in-house workflow management software, Lucas in place, we seized the opportunity to capitalize on the up-to-date project status information it holds and offer a valuable new service to our clients.

CPSL MeetingPoint is a project information tool that acts like a window into your translation projects. It allows clients to check the status of their quotes, projects and invoices online at any time, from any computer, and is available at no extra cost to all of our clients.

Technical writing service launched

We further expanded our service portfolio in 2005; taking one step closer to becoming a one-stop shop for integrated language and technical documentation services. Our technical writing service enables our clients to communicate often complex ideas to their audience clearly, for example in software user guides, engineering documentation and many other documentation types.

In many cases, authoring, or technical writing, is the pre-stage of the translation and cultural adaptation of content. With the introduction of this service, our clients benefit from the ability to procure both services from CPSL.
