• 21/01/08 | CPSL becomes a "large company”

[Barcelona, Spain, 21 January 2008] - Language Solutions, consultancy and events management company CPSL turned over more than six million euros in 2007.

The company as a whole ended the year 2007 on a very positive note with a 20% increase in turnover in comparison to 2006, 5% more than its target for 2007. The performance of its Events Management business unit was particularly outstanding, going beyond its own target by more than 100% with a 500% increase in business over 2006.

This success is yet another clear result of the strategic importance of the company restructuring process that took place in 2006: the integration of its previous spin-offs CPSL Technologies and CPS Forum into the main CPSL company to create a single enterprise comprising three business units: Language Solutions, Consultancy and Events Management.

These results position CPSL in the "Large Company" tax category. "This new situation will doubtless require some changes in internal administration procedures to guarantee our clients and partners continue to receive the same levels of performance," explained CPSL Management.

"Becoming a large company involves a considerable volume of business, requiring optimised infrastructures and procedures and an established client portfolio. It is not enough to offer the highest quality in a market as saturated and competitive as ours. It is values such as reliability, substance and guarantees that make one supplier stand out above the rest. These are values that CPSL, which is 45 years old this year, offers its almost one thousand clients in Spain and around the world."
