When Belén first joined CPSL in 2002, we had only one staff member with responsibility for technical procedures. Responding to the challenges of CPSL’s expansion, which included providing more technical services to our clients, she played a key role in the set-up of our technical department and she was appointed technical manager in 2006. Beginning her career at Motorola Spain and having worked as a project manager, translator and technical reviewer, Belén’s experience allows her to see the big picture and deliver results. When our clients began to request printing services, she led our expansion into this area by researching and putting into practice CPSL’s first printing operations. On a day-to-day basis, she is responsible for ensuring that localization and DTP procedures are followed correctly. She is also in charge of ensuring that our staff is trained in the latest technology available for our clients’ projects.
