Your projects’ specialist linguistic tasks are coordinated by a CPSL linguistic lead. Linguistic leads are highly-trained and experienced language professionals, who are assigned to your projects based on the suitability of their industry-specific knowledge.
CPSL language leads:
- Coordinate the larger language team, ensuring that everybody working on your project is of the correct level and background.
- Handle the query management and quality control of your project, reviewing the work of the translators to ensure that the final result meets our standards.
- Set style standards and manage your terminology, so that all translators can produce consistent, accurate translations.
- Have at least two language degrees; one of them being in their mother tongue.
- Have at least five years of industry-specific experience.
