Having proved herself to be a skilled linguist and an excellent manager in a number of challenging roles in Spain and the UK, Livia joined CPSL in 1999 as a project manager and took over as production manager in 2002. A natural innovator, Livia’s drive to succeed has placed her at the core of many of CPSL’s most significant achievements. She led the very first localization projects handled by CPSL, paving the way for what was to become one of our most important services. Livia also had a hands-on role in the opening of our Madrid office, which she now manages. Under her guidance, the Madrid office has developed from a small operation with four staff into a fully-functioning production office. Her other achievements include spearheading our ISO 9001:2000 certification, leading the creation of CPSL Consultancy and setting up our international sales department.
