Maria Kania-Tasak
Sales Director

Maria is the driving force behind our growing international presence. She oversees the development of new client accounts, which drive our continued revenue growth. Her sales and management skills have been instrumental in CPSL’s expansion into new territories — including Germany, the USA and the UK — where she manages our key account managers. She also plays an innovative role in improving CPSL’s services, contributing ideas for the improvement of our workflows and approach. Maria achieved her BA in rhetoric and professional writing at the University of Waterloo in Canada, which led her into technical writing roles at Marconi and Discreet Logic in Montreal. She also has nine years of experience in senior sales roles in the translation industry in Europe. Before joining CPSL in 2005, she was business development director at Argos Translations.
