At CPSL, we believe that well-managed projects must be led by an experienced project manager, supported by the most advanced tools available.

CPSL’s multilingual project managers are one of our strongest assets. All hold a degree in translation or linguistic studies and all are long-serving professionals, with at least five years of industry experience. When you partner with us, you will be assigned your own project manager who will act as your main point of contact accessible to everyone involved with your project.

Your CPSL project manager is responsible for guiding your project through each phase of the translation and production process. This responsibility includes:

• Selecting and managing the project team, consisting of translators, proofreaders, technical staff, linguistic experts and layout specialists, among others.

• Organizing the most suitable and efficient workflow for your project.

• Overseeing the project calendar, budget and quality assurance.

• Ensuring that your project takes full advantage of terminology management.

• Receiving and distributing all project information.

Our projects managers don’t work alone. They are all part of our dedicated project management team, who are coordinated to ensure that you get the support you need at all times.
