At CPSL, we aim to make translation project management simple for our clients. That’s why, while we can’t manage your project files for you, we have made our systems for sending and receiving them as useful and straightforward as possible.

FileBox is a secure file management tool that enables you to share batches of files with your CPSL project manager easily, within a secure web area.

FileBox is available to all CPSL clients and enables you to:

• Send and receive files quickly and easily. You can also include text comments with your files.

• Easily keep track of files sent and received. With FileBox’s automatic notification e-mails, both the sender and recipient are instantly notified when files have been transferred.

• Share files securely. Each user is given a personal account and password for added confidentiality.

• Monitor all file activity. FileBox automatically keeps a record of all file exchanges and provides straightforward access to this data.
