The Lucas workflow management software is the framework that connects everything we do at CPSL.

It’s the tool we use to manage all our many complex translation projects at once, for thousands of clients. It joins our departments together on different continents, allowing us to seamlessly coordinate our services and teams. It also helps us to maintain our stringent quality standards in accordance with the ISO norm and the corresponding traceability requirements.

Efficiently handling each phase of your project

Lucas is made up of a number of interrelated modules that coordinate and control each stage of CPSL’s workflow — from the initial quotation to the final invoice. These modules include:

• The Customer Module, which stores client information and helps all of our departments provide the same high standards of customer service.

• The Resources Module, which helps us to manage our external resources or internal staff, and assign the most suitable professionals to your projects.

• The Quotations Module creates and manages your quotes with clear pricing and detailed project information.

• The Projects Module, which helps us to organize your project according to our ISO-certified project management structure.

• The DTE Module, which allows our teams to request technical tasks, such as the evaluation of your files so that we can provide accurate quotes, utilize or update translation memory systems and perform DTP work and other services.

• The Invoices Module manages your invoices and organizes them along with the related tax and accounting details.

• The Quality Management Module helps us to ensure that our products meet quality standards, assesses the quality of our service providers and audits CPSL’s overall performance.

• The Statistics Module, which provides our teams with automatic reporting on ongoing projects, our clients, invoicing and other useful information.
