Senior Key Account Manager/New Sales for Scandinavia
CPSL is currently looking for a Senior Key Account Manager (KAM) / new sales for Scandinavia – Sweden or Finland preferable.
Job Description:
The KAM will be responsible for generating business from new clients. The job will require the KAM to be highly motivated, competitive, and independent.
Requirements:
- Prior successful experience selling for consulting or translation companies (preferred) or for other types of companies (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent research skills combined with the ability to systematically follow-up on prospects and clients (must have strong organizational and multitasking skills)
- Understanding of the localization technology as well as processes with the ability to consult client on localization issues
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Swedish/Finnish/Norwegian and English. Knowledge of other languages considered an advantage
- Working experience with a CRM system such as Salesforce.com or Goldmine
- Must be able to work independently from home
- Frequent travel to visit clients
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, qualifying and developing prospects through cold calling, attending tradeshow/conferences, internet research
- Working on RFI, RFQ, tenders, on-line auctions
- Negotiating agreements with clients and closing sales
- Maintaining relationship with clients
- Participating in various tradeshows, conferences, delivering presentations to clients – frequent travel
- Working closely with Production/Technical teams to ensure that clients’ expectations are met
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure proper visibility of CPSL in Scandinavia
- Reporting to the CPSL Sales Director
