Tenesoya has a degree in Veterinary Medicine and 15 years of experience in the industry. With an inquiring and entrepreneurial spirit, she eschews routine, preferring to pursue change in the quest for continual improvement. She is a firm believer in the importance of good manners and a sense of humor. She loves animals and nature. She also enjoys reading, rambling in the countryside, walking on the beach, and hosting meals with friends. Global Sales Director
Muntsa, who has a degree in Translation and Interpreting, a Master's degree in Sales and Marketing, and an MBA, boasts over 20 years of industry experience. She began her career as a translator and interpreter in the United Kingdom. She worked as an official translator for HRH Princess Ann at the 1992 Olympic Games. As Sales Director for CPSL, her daily activities are guided by three priorities: motivating her team, facilitating channels of communication, and providing customers with outstanding service. An avid equestrienne, she’s happiest in the presence of horses, music, and –of course– satisfied customers!

Benito earned an advanced vocational degree in Business IT and started out as a localization engineer in 1996, before the internet made its appearance in our lives. He loves the speed with which technological changes are occurring, and he takes pains to stay up to date. One of his greatest passions is investigating and serving as a catalyst in both his department and the company so we remain pioneers of new technologies. Deeply committed to protecting and defending homeless animals, he lives with a large family made up of four dogs, three cats, and two parakeets.

Belén García-Ochoa
Technical Department Director
Belén García-Ochoa has an undergraduate degree in English Philology from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Master’s degree in Legal and Literary Translation from UNED. Belén started out in the field of localization in 1996 and has held various jobs since then, although she has tapped into her technical and engineering skills the most. In her free time, you’ll often find her in the company of her two dogs, her seven hens, and her family, or cooking up a delicious paella.

Administrative Department Director
Roberto has a diploma in Business Science and has been in managerial roles in the fields of administration, accountancy, and finance for 25 years. Although words take center stage at CPSL, he lovingly cares for our numbers, making sure that everything adds up. Behind that analytical, orderly mind there’s a man who loves dancing, good food, and great wine. Principled and disciplined, Roberto always welcomes you with a smile.

Helene earned a degree in Translation from Saarland University in Saarbrücken. Learning languages has always been her great passion. After all, there’s a reason that Helene is fluent in English, French, German, Russian, and Spanish. She joined CPSL in 2008 and is now the driving force behind our German division. Her people skills and charisma also serve her well in her role managing all of CPSL's customers in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.
