CPSL earns ecoVadis rating for sustainability

CPSL Language Services has recently been awarded an EcoVadis rating, recognising our commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices.

EcoVadis assesses companies against internationally recognised CSR standards across four key areas: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. In our January 2026 assessment, CPSL achieved an overall score of Committed, placing us in the 43rd percentile with a “Good” sustainability performance rating.

Our results highlight strong performance in Labour & Human Rights and Environment, with an improvement roadmap supported by an active Corrective Action Plan.

Achieving an EcoVadis rating is a meaningful complement to CPSL’s five ISO certifications because it validates, through an independent and widely recognised framework, that our commitment goes beyond quality of delivery and information security to how we operate as a business. While our ISO standards demonstrate robust, audited management systems for quality and sector-specific delivery—ISO 9001, ISO 17100, ISO 13485, ISO 27001 and ISO 18587—EcoVadis adds a broader CSR lens, assessing our policies and actions across these four evaluation areas, where Environment and Human Rights are our strongest sections. Moreover, EcoVadis aligns perfectly with the challenges and objectives set out by the UN Global Compact, an initiative we have supported and been committed to since 2018.

For our customers, this combination strengthens trust: it shows CPSL is not only rigorous in operational excellence and compliance but also committed to responsible practices throughout our value chain—an increasingly important requirement in supplier qualification, tenders, and global procurement decisions.
