At CPSL, our primary goal as a language service provider is to help our clients by making it easier for them to carry out their work, achieving better and better results. To this end, we are committed to implementing four ISO quality standards throughout the company: the ISO 9001 quality management standard, the ISO 17100 standard, which is specific to our industry, the ISO 13485 standard, which relates to medical devices, and finally, further to our commitment to ensuring the security, confidentiality and integrity of your data, we have obtained our fourth certification, the ISO 27001 information security standard. Finally, in December 2024 we obtained the ISO 18587, which regulates the post-editing of machine translation output.

We devote time to devising, developing and implementing new processes and solutions. All of this goes to show that we are a team that acts, works and relates to its surroundings based on principles and values that we are deeply committed to and apply in all of our activities, as reflected in our QUALITY POLICY.
