What are cookies?

Given that they are excluded from the scope of application of article 22.2 of the LSSI, it would not be necessary to inform or obtain consent for their use.

Otherwise, the user must be informed and consent obtained for the use of any other type of proprietary or third party cookie, session or persistent, which do not fall outside the scope of Article 22.2 of the LSSI.

CPSL uses proprietary and third-party cookies on its websites.

Preference or personalisation cookies: these cookies enable information to be remembered so that users can access the service with certain characteristics that can differentiate their experience from that of other users. Anonymous analysis cookies: processed by CPSL or by third parties, these cookies enable the number of users to be quantified and thus perform the measurement and statistical analysis of users’ use of the service offered. Their browsing is therefore analysed on CPSL’s website to improve the range of products or services on offer.

The lawfulness of the processing is based on the data controller’s legitimate interest to obtain information about the use of the website and thereby improve the services provided.
