CELER PAWLOWSKY, S.L. (CPSL) hereby informs you that this website, like the majority of websites on the internet, uses proprietary and third-party cookies, as well as other similar technologies, which implies that personal data is processed pursuant to applicable European and Spanish regulations. The following text provides basic or essential information about the cookies that CPSL and its partners use specifically, and how to manage your consent and opt-out choices.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that are sent to and stored on the user’s device through their browser when they connect to a website.
Cookies can be used to collect and store users’ data while they are logged in to provide the requested services and are not usually retained (session cookies), or to retain user data for other future services and which may be retained indefinitely (persistent cookies). Cookies can be proprietary or third party.
They can have many different functions: store your browsing preferences, collect statistical information, enable certain technical features, and so on. Cookies are sometimes used to store basic information about users’ browsing habits or their devices, to the point, as the case may be, of being able to recognise them.
Why are they important?
Cookies are useful for several reasons. From a technical point of view, they enable websites to work more expeditiously and adapt to users’ preferences, such as storing their language or the currency of their country. They can also help website operators to improve the services they offer, thanks to the statistical information collected through them.
What are the restrictions on the use of cookies?
The use of cookies is governed by the obligations provided for in Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce (hereinafter, LSSI), in relation to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Act (hereinafter, GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, 5 December, on Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter, LOPDGDD).
Personal data is considered to be processed when users are identified by a name or email address that identifies them (for example, because they are a registered user) or when unique identifiers are used to distinguish and track individual users (for example, an advertising ID or an IP address).
The foregoing does not prevent the possible storage or access of a technical nature for the sole purpose of enabling communication between the user’s equipment and the network for the provision of a service expressly requested by the recipient.
Given that they are excluded from the scope of application of article 22.2 of the LSSI, it would not be necessary to inform or obtain consent for their use.
Otherwise, the user must be informed and consent obtained for the use of any other type of proprietary or third party cookie, session or persistent, which do not fall outside the scope of Article 22.2 of the LSSI.
How does CPSL use cookies?

There are several types of cookies:

- Preference or personalisation cookies: these cookies enable information to be remembered so that users can access the service with certain characteristics that can differentiate their experience from that of other users. These include, for example, language, the number of results to be shown when the user performs a search, the appearance or content of the service depending on the type of browser through which the user accesses the service or the region from which the service is accessed, etc.
As it is the user who chooses these features, it is considered a service expressly requested by the user and, therefore, not subject to consent.
CPSL does not use preference or personalisation cookies on this website
- Anonymous analysis cookies: processed by CPSL or by third parties, these cookies enable the number of users to be quantified and thus perform the measurement and statistical analysis of users’ use of the service offered. Their browsing is therefore analysed on CPSL’s website to improve the range of products or services on offer.
The lawfulness of the processing is based on the data controller’s legitimate interest to obtain information about the use of the website and thereby improve the services provided.
Aggregate data is used without direct identification of users (the IP address of access is anonymised), and is only used for strictly statistical purposes, so no prior consent is required. However, it does include the possibility for users to reject their use.
CPSL uses the following anonymous analysis cookies to understand and improve the use made of its websites.
| Name | Supplier | Use | Type | Persistence |

- Behavioural advertising cookies: processed by CPSL or by third parties, these cookies store information about user behaviour obtained through continuous observation of their browsing habits, which would enable CPSL, for example, to develop a specific profile to display advertising based on this.
This type of cookie can only be used with express consent.
CPSL does not use behavioural advertising cookies on this website
