Junior Business Development Manager, Barcelona

Are you passionate about languages and looking for new opportunities? Do you like to interact with customers and have you worked with a language services company in the past?

To support our sales team in Barcelona, we need someone with a university degree or equivalent experience who has worked in sales and has excellent communication skills. We’re looking for ambitious, organized, tenacious people with a strong customer service orientation to join our team. Prior experience in the localization industry would be a major plus.

A successful candidate must be willing to travel occasionally and able to wear multiple hats. We’re always a team, although sometimes you’ll need to work independently.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

You must be a native speaker of English. It’s important for you to have certain computer skills, such as proficiency in Windows, the Office suite, CRM software, and machine translation tools.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will help us grow our customer database by securing new customer accounts.

You’ll feel at home in the sales department, where you will focus on your business development and tailor your relationship with each individual customer while anticipating their needs and seeking the right solution for them. You will be in constant contact with customers through visits and calls in order to provide a first-rate CX (customer experience).

Junior Business Development Manager, Germany

Do you have a passion for languages and feel comfortable building new relationships with customers? Do you like negotiating, and have you worked with a language services company in the past? Would you like to work in the Stuttgart area?

If you answered “yes” to all these questions, you’re the candidate we’re looking for.

For our Ludwigsburg office, we’re looking for someone with a university degree or equivalent experience who has worked in sales and has excellent communication skills. We’re looking for ambitious, organized, tenacious people with a strong customer service orientation to join our team. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device sector would be a major plus.

A successful candidate must be available to travel and able to wear multiple hats. Sometimes you’ll be traveling with the team, but at other times you’ll be on your own. You’ll need to rise to any challenge you encounter!
