Business Development Manager (Germany/USA)

IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Experience in sales and new business prospecting.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in Spanish and English.
  • Good negotiation and closing skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team.
  • Accustomed to working by objectives and reporting.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Smart appearance.

LANGUAGES:

  • English.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Windows, Office, Sharepoint.
  • CRM software.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generation of new business from identification of leads and business opportunities to close within the established target customer parameters and following the company sales strategy for regions and services, using consultative selling. Tasks to include:

  • Generating new business opportunities.
  • Pitching services portfolio.
  • Following up new business opportunities.
  • Preparing and monitoring Quotes.
  • Negotiating fees and payment conditions.
  • Closing deals.
  • Periodic monitoring of customers through calls and visits.
  • Developing and growing the new accounts obtained.
  • Achieving the annual objectives.
  • Reporting BDM activities into the CRM.
  • Attending Sales meetings.

Key Account Manager, Germany

IF YOU HAVE:

  • Medium/high level qualifications.
  • A very high level of English.
  • Experience in key accounts management or in working in a sales department or in customer care activities.
  • Experience in the language service industry (that will be a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Good negotiation and closing skills.
  • Availability to travel if needed.

IF YOU ARE:

  • Ambitious and perseverant.
  • Highly customer oriented.
  • An organized person.
  • Able to work both independently and as a team.
  • Used to working by objectives and reporting.
  • Flexible and able to wear multiple hats.

IF YOU LIKE:

  • To be in charge of managing and giving personalized attention to existing accounts.
  • Building loyalty and optimize/increase the volume of business of said accounts.

IF YOU ALSO:

  • Are familiar with Windows and Office applications.
  • Know how to use a CRM software.
  • Have some knowledge of computer-assisted translation tools; software localization, graphic design applications, as well as transcription engines and subtitling software (all these will be a plus).
