Job Description:

CPSL D&T is seeking one Assitant Project Manager for its office in Ludwigsburg (Germany). The candidate will be in charge of managing small translation and localization projects.

 

Requirements:

* University degree in translation or similar

* Some of experience as a multilingual translation and localization project manager, preferably in large international companies

* Must be costumer oriented

* Resourceful, creative, well-organized with an ability to prioritize and proactevely offer solutions. Strong computer skills

* Expertise in CAT tools

* Excellent communication skills in written and spoken German and English, knowledge of Spanish and other languages considered an advantage

 

Responsibilities:

* Plan and schedule projects; provide assessment and quote; allocate resources; develop budget, schedule and quality parameters. Track project progress to ensure that quality, deliveries and cost stay on plan.

* Manage day-to-day relationship with client on project matters; provide regular status reports and proactively offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Facilitate effective communication within the project team (translators, engineers, publishers, etc)

* Provide support to sales management in coasting and planning projects and with customer presentations. Ensure completion of all administrative processes (invoicing, open/close jobs, etc)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of pharmaceutical translation projects. The position will be based in Barcelona

Requirements:

ACADEMIC TRAINING

- University degree or demonstrable equivalent in languages, communication or multimedia technology

 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 4 year of professional experience in a similar position in corporate environment.
  • Highly experience in pharma projects: QRD templates; regulation compliance; back translation and SME review

ABILITIES

  • Internal Audits.
  • Languages:
  • Excellent Spanish and English spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of Catalan, German and will be an asset
