At CPSL, we know that time is money for our clients. That’s why, when designing our workflows, we focus much of our effort on keeping lead times to a minimum. And that’s not all! We also want to offer you a fast, direct, and efficient way to communicate with us. To make all of this possible, we have four platforms that allow us to save time and stay in constant contact with you.
- Our workspace management software takes pride of place among these platforms. You can use it to view the status of your projects or order new jobs. All of CPSL’s departments are integrated into the system, enabling us to seamlessly coordinate our services.
- Being available to answer your questions in record time is a priority for CPSL, which is why we place our query management tool, CPSL Tracker, at your disposal. This application allows us to manage any questions and queries that arise during a project as efficiently as possible.
- If your files are in InDesign format, we can use our own online management tool to maximise efficiency. It enables your files to be validated directly via the web browser, with no need for InDesign to be installed on the computer. This streamlines processes in projects that involve multiple validations.
- Finally, you can use CPSL Meeting Point to check any information you require for billing purposes.
