Interpreting Project Manager, Spain

CPSL Language Services is seeking an Interpreting Project Manager Events, for its office in Barcelona.
Do you have a passion for languages and the world of events where simultaneous interpreting services are required?
If you want to be part of a dynamic, energetic working environment and a team that tackles each new challenge with enthusiasm, this is your chance.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage & coordinate the entire life-cycle of interpreting projects
- Provide support both in online & onsite events
- Negotiate rates with vendors
- Liaise with sales teams
- Manage project finances, including budgeting
IF YOU HAVE…
- A University degree, preferably in Translation, Interpreting and/or Languages
- Spanish and Catalan at a native level, and English at a proficiency level
- Other languages will be considered an advantage
- Previous experience managing interpreting events
- Previous experience with RSI platforms and onsite technical setups
AND YOU ALSO ARE/HAVE…
- Customer focused
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Availability to travel if needed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Able to handle multiple projects at a fast-paced environment
