Barcelona Tenesoya Pawlowsky CEO Tenesoya has a degree in Veterinary Medicine and 15 years of experience in the industry. With an inquiring and entrepreneurial spirit, she eschews routine, preferring to pursue change in the quest for continual improvement. She is a firm believer in the importance of good manners and a sense of humor. She loves animals and nature. She also enjoys reading, rambling in the countryside, walking on the beach, and hosting meals with friends. When you’re embarking on a new personal or professional adventure, Tenesoya is always a great person to have in your corner.

Barcelona Roberto Ramos Administrative Department Director Roberto has a diploma in Business Science and has been in managerial roles in the fields of administration, accountancy, and finance for 25 years. Although words take center stage at CPSL, he lovingly cares for our numbers, making sure that everything adds up. Behind that analytical, orderly mind there’s a man who loves dancing, good food, and great wine. Principled and disciplined, Roberto always welcomes you with a smile.

Ainhoa Pawlowsky Interpreting Services Team Lead With a background in Psychology from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, Ainhoa began her journey in the language industry in 2009. She joined CPSL in 2014 and quickly became an essential part of our team. Over the years, she has managed translation, transcription, and interpreting projects for both private clients and international public institutions. Between 2021 and 2024, she took on various roles at the company, growing into her current position as Senior Project Manager for Interpreting Events. Ainhoa is fluent in Spanish, Catalan, English, and French. Curious by nature and always ready for her next adventure, Ainhoa loves to travel, stay active through sports, and explore new flavors and cuisines. Her positive energy and global outlook make her a vibrant force at CPSL and a trusted ally for any challenge.

Elena Iribarren Translation & Multimedia Team Lead Elena holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Philology and a Master Degree’s in Modern Languages and Translation, both from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid. She has built a solid career in the language services industry, having worked as a translator, a project manager, and a training and quality manager. Her extensive experience in localization technologies and workflow optimization has made her a go-to expert in the field. Elena joined CPSL in 2003 as a Senior Project Manager, managing key accounts and taking the lead in documentation, software localization, multimedia, and e-learning projects. In 2022, she took on the role of Translation & Multimedia Team Lead, in which she heads a talented team of project managers and ensures the smooth delivery of complex multilingual projects with excellence and care.

Joan Corrons Joan holds a bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpreting and a master’s degree in Audiovisual Translation. With over a decade of experience—ranging from subtitling to managing large-scale operations—he has a 360-degree perspective of how the industry operates. Naturally curious and resistant to routine, Joan is always looking for ways in which technology and AI can make life easier for both his team and our clients. He believes firmly in clear communication and in the "human factor" behind every digital solution. Based in Barcelona, he is a results-oriented professional who never loses his sense of teamwork. When he isn’t exploring the latest tech trends or optimizing workflows, Joan enjoys the vibrant life of his home city and is always up for the next challenge.
