Multilingual solutions for public institutions

A bridge that helps you connect with citizens

Public institutions have made a clear commitment to multilingualism, as they need to communicate with citizens from different countries and offer services in the different co-official languages within a given country. Organizations such as the European Parliament have adopted a fully multilingual system that meets the need to respect the linguistic diversity of all of the EU Member States, in addition to making the EU’s legislation and policies more accessible to each of its citizens. The United Nations takes a similar approach, aiming to protect and preserve the identity of all existing languages and cultures.

CPSL has been working with national and international public institutions since the 1990s, helping them in their efforts to achieve optimal, plural multilingual communication. To this end, we have passed several strict selection and quality control processes, enabling us to position ourselves as a highly reliable language partner.

We have a long history of working in partnership with most of the EU’s agencies, as well as various UN agencies, where multilingualism is essential to the very operation of the institutions.

A pivotal role in fostering communication between public bodies and citizens

If there's one thing that distinguishes the services that we provide to public institutions, it’s that we work within very large, technically complex contracts with exacting quality standards. Our team of professional linguists has extensive experience translating and localizing laws, international protocols, press releases, speeches, periodical publications, and newsletters. For years, CPSL has also participated in public events, forums, and projects sponsored by public bodies, amassing a wealth of experience in all kinds of multilingual services related to the public sector.
