During the text extraction phase, all translatable content is made available for translators to work on without disrupting a website, an app, or software code. After this preparation, experienced linguists localise all files into the target language: they have reference materials available, as well as indications about the right tone of voice to use and the target audience. Subsequently, if you need testing solutions for software and web post‑localisation, linguists now have access to the target text in context and can conduct a functional and linguistic check of a translated website, app, or program. This verification is important because it is the phase in which you can check text length, UI, form, and the content as it appears in various web browsers or devices, right before being deployed for production.
